When using that style of grinder I always get black/gray stuff in the grind. Do you know any way to prevent that?
When using that style of grinder I always get black/gray stuff in the grind. Do you know any way to prevent that?
Sounds like you have metal filings from friction and possibly softer than ideal metal. I get a little bit of that on my grinder but happens at the back and meat doesnt contact it. What kind or brand do you have? Mine is a Trespade, made in italy
