This is an infringement on the first amendment and will not stand up to the scrutiny of high courts. Also, the right to privacy is part of the fourth amendment. Thirdly, how is anyone supposed to protect themselves from illegal surveillance cameras? Just because our enimies use the same weapons as we do doesn’t make them illegal. Shame on you.
