I just realized that this is something really odd that only happens in Venezuela but is really "normal" to us...
We use 3 Fiat currency here and 4 if You count usdt... It all started as a method to scape the inflation.
In most shops You see thing's prices in colombian's pesos and USD but You almost never see them in Venezuelan's BS.
People here adapted to all exchanges rates in order to avoid inflation
