Yeah I'd say we're ready. 100 years from now, another story. Still think the incentives make a fork impossible to succeed long term.
I will continue to bet on that as well as long as the alternative is central bank slavery

Any country which tries this has a huge risk of blowing up their entire economy. The winning move is to play by the rules. That's what makes Bitcoin succeed.
They can try but will fail. They would need to create better incentives to win.
