No. The lighter fluid soaks into the briquettes. Parts of it get released throughout the whole charcoal burn.

Lighter fluid is mostly butane, with a very high vapour pressure even at room temperature.

It will be gone very quickly, would need GCMS to detect the traces after one minute...
