It’s one thing to opt not to give money to an entity whose views you disagree with. This falls under the umbrella of the freedom of a market participant. (Don’t fund bigots or dictators ✅).

World bank might promote itself as a charitable organization, but we all know that’s BS.

It’s a very different thing to seize assets which belong* to an entity you don’t agree with. Then it becomes the imposition of your will upon others. That becomes financial violence.
