Man, the gym used to be fun.

15 years ago we actually talked to each other. We knew the regulars, cracked jokes, helped out and had a good time between sets.

Now? Everyone’s just staring at their phone lost in their own little world. No eye contact. No small talk. No vibe.

I miss the old gym energy. The laughs. The feeling that we were all in this together.
