Brown people cannot mass produce or improve these things if they weren't discovered or invented by Whites before (98% of these things, at least). This is a simple concept based on historical facts.

Again, slaves may have been the muscle in many cases, but they weren't the money, brains, and creative resources that directed the building.

If you want to see what the Western world would look like if the African slaves actually DID build it, then you should see pictures of Haiti, Liberia, and the current state of Johannesburg, South Africa and some neighborhoods of Chicago or Detroit. Those places are built and/or maintained by Africans or their descendants. Johannesburg was build by Whites for Whites and there are old pictures you can find of a vibrant city built by Europeans. Today, it is controlled by Africans and is falling into ruin. In fact, there would be no Western world if the Africans attempted to build it.
