I'm down from 205lbs to 177lbs in six months, and I'm not stopping.
The last time I was in the 170's was as a fat teenager. Now, in my mid-40s, I'm in the best shape of my life.
I probably have another 10-12 pounds to go for my cutting goal.
Then, WE BUILD!
Nice work. Feels so good. Last year I went from 200lbs to 165lbs.
