インド人はカードライスをどのような位置づけで食べるのですか？

主食？
Mostly as a main course or second main course during lunch. It gets very hot here, so curd rice has a cooling effect.
There's no dessert concept traditionally - sweets used to be only for festive occassions & not every day.
hmm.
I don't any Japanese foods like curd rice which is sweety or sour and is eat as main course.
It's interesting.
