What version you on? I recently added subscribing to your own notes on your contacts timeline. We also don’t do post-retrying yet on poor network conditions.

The localhost relay is down, not sure if that's supposed to be running?

Hmm yeah that seems old if the version doesn’t have a commit hash… hrm. You using the binary or compiling from master?
