Keto is great, but I like the idea of metabolic cross training. Your metabolism should know to shift gears between different nutritional environments: fasting, keto, high carb, etc. You shouldn’t exercise just one muscle group every day forever. Why “exercise” only one set of metabolic pathways?

Metabolic flexibility is another word for it. And I'm a great fan, too.

My current plan is to fast from time to time up to about 72 hours, keto maybe 50% of the time in stretches of maybe a few weeks.
