I know running isn’t the movement of choice in this space but I ran today for the first time in probably 20 years lol and I felt so aligned.

In other news, my baby cousin began prek and loathes it. He’s had a ”part time job” (he says) on my family’s farm since he could walk. Being inside in class is like boring him tons. When asked how his day was, he shared: “there was a crying incident 😑” that happened with another kid.
