There is a bit someone has, but other than that no.

You even have to approve posts you yourself make when you're the creator of the community lol.

A few people would also like some sort of white list of users.

Unfortunately there are spambots posting to communities and there doesn't seem to be a way to UnApprove. (You can obviously block tho).

Yeah, I think I might have to just code this functionality myself :D

Of course my knowledge of Nostr technically is very limited and it would take me a while to get up to speed on the infrastructure.
