How do I delete nostr like just post my nsec or like what

There's the Primal way. It changes your profile to "Account Deleted" and all bio and notes are requested for deletion from compliant relays.

No, because you gave the notes to the relays, now you are asking them to delete them. They don't have to honor your request. (Unless you control the relay.)
