okay, now I still don't know what it does because I see no options anywhere to filter things. does it just expand the network and then filter things based on what you decide is spam and so on, and routes me better stuff vs a sea of unrestricted garbage?

im noticing global is still full of chinese folks and i cannot read that, but am also new here so learning how to tweak things still.
