Facinating reading about "The Minority Rule" espoused by Nassim Taleb. It explains how a small minority (bitcoiners) can force its preference on the majority. Because of their intransigence, the minority slowly bends the majority to its will.

I've never met a bitcoiner, who once they've done the research then changed their mind. In theory we only grow in numbers and command more influence.
