Not only is she drinking 10x more water--(dehydration)--cats get 70+% of their hydration from food, but she's hungry more often, her stool is bigger and smells so much worse.

Cats are obligate carnivores. Wet food is much better than dry, but a complete raw-food "ancestral diet" for cats is by far the best. Period.
