I doubt it code hasn't changed. It's baked in the protocol 516 days before the having is the bottom 516 days after the having is the top, it doesn't matter what happens. Look at all. The money sailor is putting in the price isn't moving because it's baked in the protocol.
The protocol has no idea about the price. It does not exist for it.
