I have this friend — she’s 70, female, and seriously she is SPUNK. She walks FAST. Like power walking — this is her thing. She’s active, social, sharp, and she can out-walk most 30 year olds.

But she told me one day that she leaks urine if she walks fast. Not when she’s sitting. Not when she’s just casually strolling. Only when she’s free and flying and charging forward like she loves.

Immediately my brain went to Natrum muriaticum.

The keynote isn’t “incontinence” — the keynote is involuntary loss when STRIDING / fast walking / exertion.

That moment where the pelvic floor can’t “hold” when the person is in motion.

And then everything else about her matched:

Nat-m people:

are usually quite capable + independent

often do NOT want pity or sympathy

may have stored grief behind a wall of competence

are VERY sensitive under the surface (but will not show it)

their nervous system is actually quite refined + reactive

they keep moving because slowing down feels dangerous emotionally

Nat-m urine leakage is almost symbolic:

when she moves FAST and she’s in her power, some part of the body “releases” because it’s been holding too much — often for years.

So instead of calcium or Kegel lectures, I said…

“Try Nat-m.”

Nat-m is for the person whose body expresses what the heart doesn’t cry.

Nat-m is not a remedy for weakness — it’s a remedy for those who have been STRONG too long.

And I love this for her because it honors the part of her that loves to MOVE fast.

It doesn’t say “slow down.”

It says “let your tissues release the load they’ve guarded for decades.”

Sometimes the greatest remedy for incontinence is actually releasing the grief your body stored.

Nat-m is for THAT person
