give me a bash script that goes through the file blahblah.txt and for each entry beginning in lnbc1, run lncli decodepayreq and look for the string 0398xxxx7582 in the output. If that string is found, ignore and move to next entry in the blahblah.txt. If not found, save the entire json output in a file starting with file followed by the number of the event, then move to next entry in the blahblah.txt file. At the end, print the amount of lncli commands processed. (Something like that, I have been playing with it for a bit trying to filger out shitty payments to the muun infrastructure which is the worst wallet of all time btw. )
