Yellow bar restored. That’s when the balance of my wallet showed up. Sent those funds out because it was 2 UTXOs. Then sent one larger UTXO back. And those sats are not showing up and getting that error when I hit receive. Haven’t initiated a rescan. Don’t even know how.

No need to rescan in this case:
Do a quick check of all your Neutrino peers under Embedded Node > Peers > Neutrino and remove any with high ping times (hit the stop watch icon). Lower is better. Under 100 ms is ideal. 200ms is still good. Under 1000ms should still work but may give you issues. You want at least two good peers.
Restart and your balance should appear.
Still no luck. Curated the peers and still the same issue.
Did the funds confirm onchain?
Did a full phone restart and that actually worked. Rockin and rolling now. Sorry to be a pain, hopefully some of this helps you out.
