#devstr —- what’s a good start for learning how to customize and uncensor your own locally ran LLM?

Often times I can’t use Chat GPT or DeepSeek for detailed answers regarding my work because of language censors, wondering if it’s possible to run my own LLM while having control of the data library?

I have a lot of text files saved from articles, excel sheets and forums relevant to my personal interests so I thought it would be a fun hobby to attempt my own
