The Cilantro has gone to seed in one of my sunny garden beds. It will be time to harvest some Coriander seed soon.

I just read the berries can be used for cooking as well. The are supposed to have a lemony, cilantro flavor, albeit a slightly bitter. I am excited to try this.
I harvested this cilantro plant yesterday and got one full cup of seeds. And I have a bunch that I am waiting on to dry up. I'll be saving some and grinding some for corriander.

Nice! How do you dry them?
I just leave them outside on the plant until they are dry. However, I just read about green coriander and the different ways that you can use it. So, I went out and picked a few. Some of them were great, others not so much. If you try them, I would recommend getting younger ones. Once they started to get a little dry, the husk was tough.
