Event id should Be enough to find event. Client can go through full list of relays eg API.nostr.watch to find The missing event.

Feeds: Clients should select relys so that they find maximal amount of unique events from smallest numbers of relay connections.

User can ban relays and in that case it will not Be included in automatic relay selection by client.
