But you were in central India & I think in Japan you mostly get North Indian curry like butter chicken, paneer butter masala, etc

In Japan, all "Indian curries" are considered to be like North Indian curries😅

That's expected as North Indian curry are very popular around the world, for their rich creaminess that go well with naan.

I wonder what most Japanese people will think of South Indian rice + curry combinations 😅
