11 months, zero caffeine here. Energy up, focus up, restful sleep. Caffeine is the toughest dependency to quit.

I still have cravings sometimes and may relapse, but it’s one day at a time because the benefits of cutting out dependencies reach far beyond the dependency itself.

I am close to caffeine free, it hasn't solved any of my life problems but it been easier to kick than I thought. Ritual is a hard drug

For me, giving up caffeine solved an attribution bias problem… getting very excited about an idea and pouring a lot of emotional brainstorming into it. Now I chill and ask myself if it’s worth my energy first.
