There was a time when I was doing 6 sets of 25 each day. Determined to get back there this year.

It’s gonna be rough. Make sure you warm up before doing them. I like doing horizontal and vertical arm swings. Maybe switch to doing incline pushups or even knee pushups if you have to tomorrow.
