Openstreetmaps on organic maps from f-droid and GMaps WV (google maps web version) from fdroid are good options.

I have it. Its great. Just like a paper map.

Navigation is not a feature though? Unless im missing something

Navigation does work for me

Just TTS audio directions are more difficult to set up
