It's kind of embarrassing going into the gym and lift 3lbs of weight cause that's all my shoulder can handle rn

Na, you couldn’t even move that shit a few weeks ago. You are getting there. 3 or 4 months you will be fully back. I bet in some ways stronger than ever!
😂🤣
Oof. I could lift 3lbs without having an arm. Be stronger please. 🙏
You're the the man, what can I say
I'm not worthy
I sense sarcasm. 🧐🤔🤔🧐

Unit I’ve been there…shoulder surgery sux…if it’s rotator cuff repair or labrum repair ul prolly be as good as new in 4-6 mos but it seems like forever while ur rehabbing it and mostly tryin not to reinjure it
…dont pay attention to Mcd…he’s my digital boy and God love him…but he’s a dipshit😖😉😂🤣
Labia repair is simple.

🤭
So wrong😳…and yet hilarious 😊
U r one sad but funny *sshole #SatsMcd😂🤣🫡
Sats is all heart. Don’t let him fool ya.
I don’t think that way— personally I’ve never looked at what anyone else is doing closely. Occasionally I’ll notice someone super slow on the treadmill or doing something very low resistance, and just assume they’re totally new or rehabilitating. Who cares, keep it up at a reasonable pace 🤙
It's about knowing what I was able to do before and what I'm capable of doing now
It's a personal thing
If I really cared about what people think of me, I wouldn't go to a public gym
