It boils down to send all of your UTXOs or part to another yours new address for coin control
You’re talking about consolidating UTXOs? Or something else?
I think a consolidation of a few UTXOs with no change can be presumed as what it is by an external observer while a “consolidation” with change maybe a round number could be interpreted as a payment
