Is UK stopping payments out of the country?
Some of the people I know (who are not UK residents) are finding it is very difficult to sell their properties because the authorities keep asking them questions regarding their KYC that happened 20 or so years ago.

Since last year the ccp have embarked on a massive campaign of "repatriating" funds of chinese overseas. All the property, investments and cash in banks held abroad by mainland chinese is documented and is being "sought" by ccp.
