Yes. I am just not willing to quit them yet.

Yep, was no coffee until my late 20s, started after we had our first child. I don't like the taste still tbh but I do need it to function well at work.

Tried to function for a couple of months without it and could not keep up.

We could all do it anytime it’s takes discipline to stay on track.

Watching train wrecks through life sometimes make it tough … but everyone needs to always show restraint if you don’t want to abstain.

Long as you’re smart, alert , decent and productive…rinse - repeat! šŸ˜†šŸ˜œā™¾ļø

Yes.

DENIAL = Don't Even Know I Am Lying

I cannot survive more than just a couple days without lipids and hydrogen monoxide, I am ashamed to say šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

I ditched the nicotine and thc, alcohol mostly gone but caffeine still got its claws in me.

I made myself a promise when I finish my current project (it's a bounty, and will be plenty of money to let me do nothing for a week) I'm gonna just have hot baths, sauna and get massages and sleep.

Eventually I have to stop because my blood is too thick and acid and caffeine is the number one cause.

Yes are you?

Yes.

A pint of ice cream with potato chips.

Weed, tobacco, ice cream, coffee.

quit weed and coffee this summer

not tee total but just to prove it.

Caffeine is getting weaned off slowly. Can't believe how much better I feel with less of that trash in my system.

Dependent upon fiat…quitting caffeine right now…several days in…more addicted to Jesus…can’t stop won’t stop

The way.

Coffee is goodt
