Just built a simple Nostr Note Media Downloader, you can copy to test (not not id) of a Nostr note that contains media links and the downloader will download it for you. Most Photo, Video, and audio links are supported (primal links don't seem to work) and it can download multiple files in one note. Don't worry about erasing the text of the note as the downloader can distinguish between media links and text.
