One of My fav conspiracy theories is that NK is a cutout nation for the CIA. After the collapse of the Soviet Union kim Jung ill made a deal. Protection in exchange for acting like an unhinged wildcard on the world stage whenever the cia requests it. Fire rando rockets, etc.

Allegedly the fake dollar bills that come out of NK are eerily close to real dollar bills.. maybe a printer was thrown into the deal lol
