Sautéed hedgehog mushrooms and onions. I usually do chanterelles, but today I was just finding tons of hedgehogs

American Style ("Zig-Zag) The knife is held in the right hand, and the fork is in the left hand while cutting.

After cutting, the knife is set down, and the fork is switched to the right hand to eat.
