I deleted twitter from my phone and replaced the app with nostr and I haven't regretted or looked back at it at all. It is so much more peaceful than opening up twitter and fill my psyche with stuff I didn't ask for. No more emotional bait and no more time waste on attention grabbing nothing burgers. I should've made the switch way earlier
