i'm a pathological reader, averaging 1 or 2 a week for the last 30 years. recently I've sped up my book consumption by doing my own little private book club with AI. I'm now consuming about 15-20 books a week, and some friends asked me to share what i'm learning, so i started writing daily book synopses on Substack under the name Bitesize books - please subscribe/read if interested, it's free.

Dang, I read quickly, but not THAT quickly.

An AI book reading club? That is fascinating. I once had the pleasure of interacting with an AI that was "set loose" on the internet to further develop its comprehension and understanding. I engaged with it pretty deeply and it had some particularly excellent insights into deep thinking authors such as (a personal favorite of mine) Dostoyevski. I kinda miss that.

dostoevsky is *top shelf*. he, along with nietzsche and a few others, solved most of the problems of 'modernity' before most people were aware the problems even existed 🤩🤙🏻

Dang, you cover a lot of topics, too. Geez. My dude, that's pretty amazing.

ha yeah thanks man. i'm pretty voracious, and literature is one of my great passions 🤗🫡
