Make sure your wallet do not have any trace back to you. This may even not be enough, "dirty" labels may be enforced more easily with these proposed regulatory frameworks.
If you really care about your own financial freedom, do seriously consider a Monero wallet before 2027. This is also the time planed for scheduling of a European CBDC.
You can hope, pray and believe that the rulers in the west have your best interest in mind or you can chose the be the sole master of your own economic situation. You have 2 years.
I have implemented myself some of the FCA requirements for an e-wallet service and gosh what a load of bullshit 😂. Basically as soon as you integrate whatever 3rd party service that allows you to monitor transactions and do proper KYC you’re good, even if those tools are not working most of the time!
