What's your favorite way to brew coffee?

I'm usually a French press gal but I've been on a Chemex kick lately. Whole bean, preferably a light roast Ethiopian natural.

For a while I was using an AeroPress, but I'm back to good old drip with a cone filter. Bean wise I rotate what my local roaster has.
