Specifically Bitcoin only device, just got one by happenstance to ledger having mental breakdown.

Bitbox is a good option if you must hold “altcoins.” Far better than Ledger. But if you only hold Bitcoin, why use an altcoin-supported wallet? I get that Bitbox02 is their “Bitcoin-only edition,” but the fact that this company offers altcoin products is a non-starter for me.
Better to use Coldcard, Blockstream Jade, or SeedSigner, none of which make any scamcoin products
