Hey nostr, its been a busy day here on the homestead. The terrible accident with TJ has been on our minds all day, and we already miss her. I guess i can honestly say she had a good, long life here on the homestead. And i think she felt the love we gave her. Nonetheless its been a sad day.

We've moved the pullets and the baby chicks into the new coop now, so they can start to get used to each other while still young. They seem to be liking their new home. I spent the day making sure the space is as secure as possible, and put some hay in there for them. Right now the 4 baby guineas are in there, but we'll be separating them later. Anyway, it was a hard day emotionally, but i remind myself that this too is a part of life. Yall have a good evening nostr friends. #homesteading #chickens #grownostr
