Trump has compounded on past statements saying that a deal with Iran on its burgeoning nuclear program would be ideal. However, the president alluded to other, more direct actions, saying, “That something is going to happen pretty soon. You’ll be talking about that pretty soon.” This comes soon after President Trump announced that he sent a letter to Iran's top decision-maker, the Ayatollah, urging for a peaceful reconciliation over their nuclear program.
