There are many reasons you may need to flee your home. I don’t recommend memorizing seeds OR passphrase as that can be compelled from you physically.

True, and so can be Coldcard PINs. But I get your point and a 5$ attack is a serious thread.

You would only brick it, if you hid the seed somewhere upfront. Wouldn't you?

Maybe the PIN for a dummy wallet is a better idea. But it depends whether that's plausible if you got a KYC history.
