The NT has plenty of wrath and fury, but hey don’t get the same press the OT stories get, lol. The problem is that we’re removed from them and have a hard time imagining how revolutionary they’d be if they happened today.

also, in the Old Testament (as well as the New) He is simply HOLY

Wrath is what holiness feels like to sinners still in Adam

Favor is what holiness feels like to those counted righteous in Christ by faith alone
