Yes, masks don’t save you from virus particles. The good thing is that most viruses are not transferred over air. They are transferred over little spit droplets when talking sneezing and so on. And that’s when masks are helpful!

You are saying it is spread by physical contact - and the point of masks is to stop large droplets from falling to surfaces?

No, Covid, at least, is spread through aerosols - particles which essentially remain airborne, and are far too small for mask wearing to make any difference at all.

Masks simply don't work, you've been had.
