i have heard of only 1 possible scam on Haveno so far. The existence of arbitration makes that a lot less likely.

If the arbitration is reliable this is true.

But its a complicated subject.

DNMs often have dispute arbitration also, but if it's just some dude who DGAF scams can easily happen.

so far i have heard of no arbitration issues. That would be a way for them to quickly ruin their network and I don't think they want to risk that. Not saying it's impossible at all, but it wouldn't make very much financial sense for them to ruin their network by arbitrating poorly.

May want to take offers from national account users that have been aged a fair bit. That way you probably have a higher chance its a legit owner of the account. They should have this is a feature so new accounts can't take your offers unless aged. Not perfect but will help.
