What’s the most dead simple step by step guide I can give him to help him setup both Nostr and Lightning?

Does he have an Android phone or an iPhone? Damus or Amethyst, depending on that answer. And honestly probably Wallet of Satoshi, if we're looking for th simplest wallet.
