The LISTR app can help you access curated lists by other users. https://listr.lol/
The nostrudel client (https://nostrudel.ninja) allows you to view the lists that other users have favorited. Nostrudel lets you change your view to any of your favorited lists.
I really like nostrudel. You can even host your own nostrudel client instance with on a Start9 box.
