I can relate to this. The DEI hires I knew got put in the fast lane as a corporate priority , could not consistently perform, still got promotions and big pay days and somehow are still floundering. They benefit from a broken fiat system and chickens are coming home to roost. I just want my family to have a better life than me so still grinding in the fiat mines for now to stack more sats
